The goal of these data centers is to centralize information, increase communication, and improve remote procedures that promote efficiency and security. The project was officially launched on April 29 during a signing ceremony in the presence of the head of the European Union delegation, Samuela Isopie, and the head of the diplomatic mission, representing the Ambassador of the United States of America in the Central African Republic.
