Modern agricultural processing centers will be established in 15 localities in nine districts to transform staple crops into value-added products. Each center will include laboratories, processing workshops, training rooms and exhibition spaces designed to fuel local economic growth.

To support the participation of women farmers, childcare services will be integrated into the design of each center.
