Un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Pédagogique. Concevoir et structurer l'offre de formation de la filiale C Education, assurer l'ingénierie pédagogique, superviser les plateformes LMS, constituer et animer un vivier de formateurs en Europe et en Afrique, piloter les procédures d'agrément des formations, et développer des partenariats stratégiques avec des éditeurs de contenus. Le/La Coordinateur(trice) Pédagogique garantit la qualité, la cohérence et la pertinence des parcours de formation proposés par la filiale. En étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de la filiale C Education, les formateurs, les éditeurs de contenus, les équipes projets et les partenaires Afrique/Europe, ce rôle est le garant pédagogique de la filiale : il transforme les besoins du marché en parcours de formation structurés, certifiables et portés par un réseau de formateurs qualifiés.

What this post is, and is not. This is not a direct teaching or training position: it is a design, management and structuring role, building standards, selecting and leading trainers, securing approvals. This position is not suitable for someone who prefers to execute already established programs rather than building them from scratch in a multi-country and multi-technical domain context.

What you will build

  • Training plans: educational standards for IT, cybersecurity, AI, data centers, technical professions and project management, adapted to the African and European markets.
  • Educational engineering: adapted methods (face-to-face, blended learning, e-learning, practical workshops), skills assessment and learner monitoring tools.
  • Supervision of LMS: integration of content, monitoring of courses, analysis of learning data and monitoring of user experience and educational innovations.
  • The Europe & Africa pool of trainers: identification, recruitment, evaluation, structured database and training of trainers (ToT) sessions.
  • Approval procedures and publisher partnerships: approval files with the competent authorities, compliance with standards, negotiation of licenses and integration of external content.

Who we are looking for

Non-negotiable cultural fit: An organized and rigorous person, capable of structuring complex programs while maintaining an overall vision of several projects in parallel. Autonomy and taking initiative are essential; this position requires building educational systems in a multicultural and international environment where benchmarks are not always given. Credibility is built by the quality of the product standards, the solidity of the network of trainers mobilized, and the ease of communication with technical, institutional and partner contacts.

3 to 7 years of experience in educational coordination or training program management. Proven track record in designing training courses and managing approval procedures. Mastery of educational engineering and in-depth knowledge of LMS are non-negotiable. Professional English is an important asset alongside fluency in French. Experience in technical or IT fields, as well as international or African experience, are a major plus. A Bac+5 diploma in educational engineering, educational sciences, training management or equivalent is required.
