Scott Blacklin, who previously served as senior advisor, has been promoted to senior vice president. In his new role, Mr. Blacklin will lead our government affairs where he will focus on engagement with key stakeholders across the U.S. government.
Dr. Patricia Jackson, retired senior U.S. Navy officer, joins the company's headquarters as director of strategic partnerships for defense and intelligence. A seasoned expert in foreign policy and international security, Jackson brings extensive experience in U.S.-Africa Command operations and education. Dr. Jackson has held leadership positions at major U.S. military institutions and within the U.S. intelligence community and has cultivated high-level relationships across the African continent.
